Amanda plays lacrosse at Presbyterian College where she finished 11th in the nation for D1 Women’s Lacrosse in Ground Balls Per Game.’
Working out at goperformance redefined my conception of working out. The staff designs workouts that not only elevate the athlete's strength and power but also enhance their ability to be agile and explosive with their movements. Adjusting my workouts to revolve around these elements allowed me to succeed at the Division 1 level.
