Our programs are designed to make students better overall athletes, which will translate to the field, track or court. Athletes train in small groups for one hour with a coach. Each workout is pre-programmed and based on scientific training cycles. For those looking to train one on one with a coach for specific goals, we offer one on one athletic coaching. Call for details.
SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer small group training for adults. These 45 minute classes provide a comprehensive program for males and females to help you lose weight, improve endurance, build muscle and increase mobility. Each workout is pre-programmed and coached so that you’re confident you’re doing the right movements. These groups provide a fun, challenging atmosphere designed for the person who is new to working out as well as the person who is ready to take their workouts to the next level.

Our basic club membership provides 24-hr access to our newly renovated facility. We also offer a variety of services that can be added on or purchased separately. We understand your need for flexibility and offer a variety of plan options to fit your individual needs. Month-to-Month, couple, short-term, and annual plans are available.
We offer MYZONE training so that you can measure your efforts in the gym and track your fitness. MYZONE is a new innovative heart rate based system that uses wireless and cloud technology to accurately and conveniently monitor physical activity. It monitors heart rate, calories and time exercising that converts into MYZONE Effort Points (MEPs), with a focus on rewarding effort rather than fitness. MYZONE users simply wear a comfortable MYZONE Physical Activity Belt (heart rate strap), which is registered online, to monitor all concerted physical activity in real time, allowing users to view their progress in their personal account.
For all who have a MYZONE strap, we will display MEPs on a screen in the gym. This will allow you to see in real time (and our coaches to see) your effort, percentage max heart rate and calories burned.

Our goPro Program is geared towards kids who want to improve their overall athleticism. In our one-hour hands-on session, coaches work with athletes to improve their vertical, broad jump, 40 Yard Dash, agility and more. All of our athletes are tested frequently and placed on a strength program. These programs produce the results your athlete wants in order to dominate their sport.

Coaches have a lot on their plate. We can take a load off by covering the things that coaches don’t have time to teach in practice. Our coaches work with club and school teams across Fayette County.
