For our Athlete Speed and Power Sessions, you can drop into a session by booking on the app and paying the drop in fee of $40.

GoPerformance is a Members Only club. Drop-ins are not permitted. Drop-ins are only permitted in the Athlete Speed and Power sessions and they are $40 each session.
Pre-booking is required for semi-private as our coaches prepare a custom workout for each individual client. For Athlete Speed and Power, we prefer you pre-register for each session.

I am so happy to have landed at GoPerformance after trying many other facilities in the area. The coaches are exceptional and continue to educate themselves to be better each day. The facility recently received a HUGE makeover and all new equipment that can meet any of your fitness needs. The work they do with student athletes is also top notch!
