Are there contracts?
  • For the semi-private training, we have a month-to-month plan where you can cancel at any time. We also have an annual agreement with a more favorable price for the semi-private training. Schedule a consultation with us for more information.  
Are there any other fees?
We have one annual facility fee that is drafted in September each year.
How do I cancel?

If you must go, an email cancelation is required to payden@goperformanceptc.com 

Are you a bootcamp?

No.

So you’re a CrossFit?

Not that either.

So what do you specialize in?
  • For adults, we specialize in semi-private personal training so that you can have a custom workout tailored for your strengths, weaknesses, injuries, restrictions and goals. This is done in a small group of up to six people and a coach.
  • For athletes, we focus on improving their overall performance so that they can excel in their sport. We track athletic performance monthly by testing the first Wednesday of each month.
Will someone help me with my nutrition?

Of course. We have a staff member named Noah, and he has his Master’s in Nutrition and Human Performance. He’s eager to help, and you can schedule a discovery session by clicking here.

Is there childcare?

No. 

Is there a trial?
  • For our adult sessions, we want your first session and experience here to be unlike any other gym. All of our adult clients start with an initial consultation, where a movement screen is conducted. From there, we go over the best way to move forward, including a two-week trial for adults.
  • For our Athlete Speed and Power Sessions, you can drop into a session by booking on the app and paying the drop in fee of $40.
Do I have to register to attend a session?
  • Yes. We cap our semi-private classes at six people. 
  • The sessions open a week in advance and close an hour before they begin. Pre-booking is required into the semi-private sessions as they are capped at 6 people.
What’s the vibe?
  • We have clients in all ages and stages of life. You will see members that are into Olympic lifting, others are doing functional training, some are doing agility work and others are working on strength. We have members that are as young as 18 and as old (not that we’d ever call them old) as 70.
  • We are a welcoming gym. We hope you always encounter a friendly hello. If you are here to improve yourself and you’re coachable, you will fit right in.

Are your coaches qualified?
We recruit and hire the best in class coaches. We don’t simply hire members who enjoy exercise. Our coaches hold degrees or certifications in their respective fields. They are constantly honing their skills and continuing education from experts in their field.
Can I bring a guest?

GoPerformance is a Members Only club. Drop-ins are not permitted. Drop-ins are only permitted in the Athlete Speed and Power sessions and they are $40 each session.

Do I need to pre-book into the sessions?

Pre-booking is required for semi-private as our coaches prepare a custom workout for each individual client. For Athlete Speed and Power, we prefer you pre-register for each session.
