Bo is an eighth grader at Rising Starr Middle School. He plays baseball and football.
He began training this summer with Lane to improve his speed and strength, and is the athlete of the month due to his work ethic and his improvements.
10 Yard Dash – 1.69 seconds to 1.51 seconds
20 Yard Dash – 2.95 seconds to 2.66 seconds
From Coach Lane:
Bo has a lot of potential. He is a quick learner and coordinated. It is unusual for an athlete who is so young to want to continue their training during their season. Bo is committed to training during football. He comes in with a great attitude and he’s ready to work. Bo truly wants to improve and so he’s coachable and a great listener. If he continues training with this of diligence, he will surpass his peers and continue to improve. As an eighth grader, he’s got a great 10 and 20 yard dash. It’s well above average for his age. I enjoy working with him and look forward to coaching him throughout high school.
