From Coach Noah:

Olivia is a talented athlete who comes into the gym every day with a dedicated and hard-working attitude.  She continues to learn and isn’t afraid to understand they why behind a movement or a drill.  She always has an enthusiastic and positive attitude.  Olivia is fun to coach.  She leads in the class – not in her words but in her actions – by performing the movements well and giving it her best effort the entire training period.  I have really enjoyed working with her and wish her the best as she pursues the next steps in her athletic career.

 What have been the three areas that you have noticed the most improvement since training at goperformance?

  • I have seen an improvement in my endurance, leg strength and pitching speed.

 What you enjoy most about training at goperformance?

  • I like how challenging the workouts are and how nice the facility is.

Describe the coaching and environment at goperformance?

  • The trainers are positive and push you to your maximum potential.

What are your performance goals for the next six months?

  • Improve my workout techniques, legs and core to get stronger and more strength in my wrists.

  • goperformance is a great place to go for any athlete looking to help them achieve their athletic goals.

From Olivia’s Parents:

 What made you choose goperformance for performance training for Olivia?

  • We trust Go Performance and the experienced training staff with Olivia’s safety-to teach her the proper technique.  We are also confident in their training philosophies to assist Olivia in exceeding her athletic goals.

What have been the most noticeable improvements you’ve observed since she began training here?

  • Olivia’s strength and endurance has improved.  She is a softball pitcher and the workouts at goperformance have also helped her muscle balance/posture.

How does her training here at goperformance complement what she does with her team at practice?

  • Olivia has been able to take the increases in flexibility, strength and endurance to the softball field with real results.  Her pitching speed has increased and her ability to retain maximum speed longer in games has improved.

What would you say to a parent considering sending their son or daughter to train at goperformance?

  • Definitely go for a tour and speak with the owners and trainers to see if it’s a good fit for their daughter/son.  If their daughter/son is looking for that something extra that will assist them with their personal goals, I would suggest goperformance as that something extra!Olivia looks forward to her workouts and knows the staff is there to help push her beyond her comfort zone to maximize her performance.
