Schedule:
Year Round, Monday – Thursday at 4:20pm & 5:20pm

This program is aimed at kids who are trying to improve their performance athletically. It’s the same model as the small group training for adults but the workouts are geared to make kids more explosive, faster, jump higher, move with proper mechanics. This is a revolving door of athletes going in and out of their seasons. This client base trends very young. We do monthly testing to see where athletes have improved. We use jump mats for vertical jumps and laser timers for tests for agility. are doing the movements correctly, modifying when needed and explaining each movement.
