CLAIRE CARSON

Claire is a softball player at Trinity Christian School. She’s our athlete of the month due to her commitment to hard work.

Claire just signed with Appalachian State to play softball. She’s a center fielder and has been training with goperformance for one year.

From Claire:

The staff at goperformance have pushed me beyond my perceived limits. I love the environment at goperformance because it is intense and challenging but it’s still fun. I’ve noticed that since training at goperformance my speed and agility around the bases and in the outfield have improved dramatically. My softball coaches have noticed my increase range when playing defense. If I had to describe training at goperformance in three words, I would say intense but fun! I love the staff at goperformance.

From Mr. and Mrs. Carson:

Since Claire has been training at goperformance, we’ve noticed improvements in her speed and agility. She’s improved on the tennis court as well as in softball. She’s stronger when she pole vaults. She never complains about workout out there. goperformance is a safe and positive place for excellent athletic training by a very educated staff. Their programs address every element of being an athlete. Clair’s performance in all her sports has improved and she has been injury free unlike many of her teammates. I feel that her training at goperformance has allowed her to succeed so she can play at the next level.

From Coach Lane:

Claire is a diligent worker. One of the first things I noticed when she started training here about a year ago is that she likes to be challenged. If she can lift more or run faster, she likes it – that’s a great attribute. Claire is a lot of fun to train. She performs movements with excellence and is a quick learner. Claire was committed to training even during her season. I believe that helped maintain her performance and she didn’t get injured. Because of her commitment and dedication, she outperformed her peers. As she goes to Appalachian State in the Fall, I hope that she is successful in her endeavors. I hope she carries her hard-working attitude with her so she can continue to excel and push beyond her perceived limits.
